The images of women who are looking at what I call "thinspo". You do not want to be like these girls. I've been there, and you will not be happy.

As someone said, anorexia is a disease, not a diet.
In addition, a stand if you are using less than the first girl to be image. :)

Believe it or not, must eat more. More food, but more frequently. You need to measure the amount of calories and carbohydrates and protein. You should eat about 5 times a day in small portions. They eat a main course meal and add in the snacks in between. Everyone, of course, healthier and smaller portions. This helps increase your metabolism and give your body the energy it needs throughout the day. It is necessary to respond to aerobic exercise 4-5 times per week for 30 minutes. Be careful not to burn more calories after he made what could have the opposite effect and have a slow metabolism. In addition to the charges you are looking for, you should also have a low weight, low repetition weight training. This gives the appearance of clay.

I think it's a perfect number.

If the child then you do not need to lose weight.

Waay three images are too thin, why do you want to be good, girls are a little soft around the edges, with breasts and buttocks. Because if you lose weight you will lose.
